COVID-19 ENFORCED CLOSURE
Dear Patients and Families
It is with a very heavy heart we regret to inform that to comply with Government restrictions, all appointments at Orthodontics Exclusively have from today been postponed.
It is unknown how long the restrictions will be in place for, and we apologise for the inconvenience experienced by this unprecedented worldwide event. You will be contacted by staff soon, with instructions on how we will manage through this period together. In the interim please ensure you maintain the utmost diligence with thorough tooth brushing to avoid decay, and maintain a low sugar diet.
Our reception remains open for telephone and email enquiries 9am-4pm, but is closed to public attendance.
email: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Country patients should call our city number
Patients with emergencies should contact reception or your local dentist. We are prevented from seeing patients with broken or missing brackets, attachments, retaining wires or plates.
We would also like to thank our staff who have worked tirelessly over the last few weeks in very challenging circumstances.
Please contact Denticare (1300 633 472) should you wish to request a three month deferral of payments.
Please keep your families safe.
Drs Duncan, Ngan and Yee.
Welcome to Orthodontics Exclusively
At Orthodontics Exclusively, our goal is the creation of a beautiful smile while maximising facial aesthetics and providing the best possible function for each patient. We are orthodontists in Sydney who specialise in the treatment of children and adults.
We are the longest established, and one of the largest orthodontic practices in Sydney, enabling each partner to pursue sub-specialisation within orthodontics; thus providing the highest order of patient care. All partners are leaders in non-extraction orthodontic treatment and are highly skilled in dental braces, Invisalign, invisible braces, functional appliances, robotic braces, mini-implant, skeletal anchorage and surgical orthodontics.
What happens at my first visit?
Your Orthodontist will listen to your concerns and undertake a detailed clinical examination. If you already have an appointment arranged but have not received any forms, please complete our Orthodontic records may be taken to assist in the clinical examination or for analysing/planning the course of orthodontic care necessary.
What will increase my treatment time?
Normal orthodontic treatment times can vary according to the initial orthodontic problem and your orthodontist will inform you of an approximate treatment time. Treatment can be delayed, however, if appointments are missed, brackets (or appliances) are broken or oral hygiene is poor.
Can I still play sports that require mouthguards?
Yes, there is no barrier to orthodontics if a mouthguard is required. Your Orthodontist can fit your teeth with a mouthguard to accommodate the braces also.
